It is very important  that  you follow the treatment  properly and for required  duration to clear the individual  patches. You need to be under care of  a dermatologist  to diagnose and then titrate medication  according to your body surface area involved. Good thing about  psoriasis  is that there can be long disease activity free intervals unlike many other chronic problems. Consult a dermatologist  and  carry all available  old treatment  records with you .

Hello, if you have taken the treatment and it's, still increasing then methotrexate might help you. Also the diagnosis has to confirmed by biopsy. Consult a dermatologist for further treatment. Dr Chitrika G. B Grow and Glow Health Care Bangalore

Psoriasis is a immune system mediated skin disease which can be brought into remission by certain medications and life style changes. Now its believed to be a multi system disorder involving joints, hearts and kidneys as well. A proper assessment to determine the severity of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis if present is needed. Most of the patients do well if they stick to the recommendations. Kindly see a dermatologist for a treatment plan.
