Psoriasis arthritis
Hello, my mother seems to be suffering from psorisis from last 3 or 4 months and she already have arthritis from last 30 years, she is 60 years old .. I m not sure whether to get it checked from orthopedic or dermatologist.. kindly help. She has cracked and redness skin on hands and foot.. I have attached pictures. It would b a great help if you can suggest to fix the condition.

Psoriasis is a systemic disease which affects not only skin but also joints and connective tissue. You need an orthopedic surgeon and rheumatologist consultation in addition to dermatologist.
