PSA 11.94 post prostate removal
Y father had a prostate removal from 12 years. After peeing problem he did a PSA test and the score is 11.94 . the doctor suggeestt an MRI and the score was pirads 4 in the region in contact with.vesicul seminal and pirads 3 in 3 other regions. After that we did a transrectal biopsy echo guided and the result shows no cancer. The doctor is confused and he gave him antibiotic and to redo the psa test after 6 weeks .is that good for now? What do you ssuggest ? Im freaking out do we have to do anyt

Why was the prostate removed previously? Was it a TURP procedure for urinary problems? Please share details.
