I have on and off active acne and textured skin and acne scar. What kind of treatment should I go for permanent results, which will address the texture, pigmented and scar skin.
Should I opt of prp or Derma pen, which is better for a long term and permanent results?

Hello,
For acne scars, pigmentation, and textured skin, treatments like PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and microneedling (Derma Pen) are both effective options. Microneedling is excellent for improving skin texture and scars, while PRP enhances skin rejuvenation and healing. Often, a combination of these treatments yields the best results.
However, itâs important to note that while these treatments significantly improve the skin, permanent results also depend on consistent care and addressing underlying causes.

I recommend an online consultation to assess your skin type and condition and create a personalized treatment plan. I am happy to guide you further.

Both treatments are excellent. However, Dermapen is the latest treatment when it comes to targeting textured skin and acne scar. By creating thousands of nano channels in the skin, it helps stimulate collagen synthesis and helps better penetration of serum. PRP and Dermapen be combined. Please take an online consultation so that the right treatment plan can be advised.
PRP can be used along with Derma pen for better results. They are not exclusive. Type and grade of acne scars has to be assessed to know your treatment options
