Good evening, Easy and convenient vegetarian protein sources include 1. Soya chunks 2. Paneer 3. Tofu 4. Pulses like Chole, Rajma 5. Dairy Products - Milk, Curd I would recommend you to take close attention to the caloric content as all the vegetarian sources are high in carbohydrates too
