Is Lavender tea suggested for diabetics
Hi,
Can a diabetic have lavender tea ? If yes, what time is the best time to have it.
I'm a diabetic and My blood sugar when tested yesterday showed as fasting - 115 and post - 210.

Have it in the morning
But these are all food fads what exactly it does for reducing blood sugars we do not know...
Your fasting and post prandial sugars are higher.. need to focus on your diet

Yes you can take it. Usually tea should be consumed in morning.
