Protein powder
My doctor suggested me protein powder...which contains dextrose and icing sugar... Though i am not diabetic but still she said to keep ur sugar level in check...as in my gtt 2 hr reading was 143...though in range...so today i saw my protein powder contains dextrose...will it increase blood sugar level...im worried im taking from last one month... Plz suggest some other sugar free protein powder...
