Prostate with frequency if urine
18 months back I did an ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis scan and Prostate size: 5.2 × 4.3 × 3.6 (volume: 43cc). IMPRESSION: GRADE II PROSTATOMEGALY WITH CYSTITIS. Went for herbal treatment took Himplaysia from for 6-7 mobths the problem has not been solve. Problem is not so sever only frequency of urine with dripping always feel my bladder is not empty. There is no pain. Male, 64 year with mild hypertension,140/100. Take stemlo beta tab. Walk 8km daily and do breathing yoga, weight 72kg.

If your median lobe of prostate has intravesical part then medicine may not give that much results.

If you feel bladder is not empty then it’s not ok to do nothing. First of all get ultrasound done again, check for post residual volume of urine after passing urine. Also get urine routine and serum PSA levels done. You should have serum PSA done every year once u diagnosed you have diagnosed to have prostate problem. With these tests meet urologist. I can also see your blood pressure is not controlled. If these recordings are with medication you need to increase the dose or modify diet.start taking less salt and consume medication on regular basis and then see BP recordings again!
