Ultrasound and Urine Test
My mother felt a sudden pain in stomach few days back. Then she realised that the urine is not coming out of her body. We took her to the hospital and get the routine tests done. 1. Ultrasound - upper abdomen 2. Urine - routine Please check the report and kindly suggest. Thanks

She has small stone in ureter, mostly it will pass on its own. Tablet tamsulosin 0.4 mg once daily for 15 days. Tablet cyclopam one whenever pain is there. If pain, fever, vomiting occur persistently, then needs ureteroscopic removal of stone. Or else she needs repeat ultrasound abdomen and pelvis after 15 days..
