My father has prostate problem for 5 years. He is taking urimax d but now he is feeling restlessness after having that. He is in Canada and not in contact with his doctor. Should he take lower dose or continue the same dose.

If he has giddiness or fainting frequently then, he needs to be modify the dose of the medication, but otherwise this dose is fine. Show a nearby physician who can help by examining him.
