Sir my father age 79 had been diagnosed prostate cancer 6 months before biopsy shows Gleason score 3+3. Bilateral orchiodectomy done 2 months before. Taking bicalutamide 50 mg OD. What should I do next. Thanx.

You can observe with routine sr psa levels...if it rises...radiotherapy is a very good option

Would like to know why orchidectomy was done for Gleason score 3+3.. Do serum PSA level 3 monthly for surveillance now. Till the time PSA is controlled nothing needs to be done
