Hi .
Following are the details about my father and his total psa and free psa report.
Thyrocare : total psa 63 ng/ml.
Dr. Lall pathlabs : total psa 38 ng/ml, free psa 0.853 ng/ml
We want to know the meaning of these results. I know that it is showing high chances that it might be cancerous. We will be taking these reports and consulting an urologist and get a TRUS done and biopsy too. Just want a second opiniont too.
My grandfather also had issue related to prostate. It was BPH. my father also has started taking tamsulosin, might be wrong with spelling.
