My father, 71 year old is diagnosed with Prostate gleasons grade as 3+3. Doctor adviced to go for PSMA PET CT Scan. I would like to know what is the gravity of the issue.

He has been detected with prostate cancer. PET scan is a means to detect spread of the disease. Based on this your further treatment plan will be decided
