Mouthwash is not a substitute for oral hygiene measures like brushing and flossing. Regular brushing and flossing will prevent plaque and calculus build-up. Long-term use of chlorhexidine mouthwash can cause staining of teeth and increased rate of calculus formation. Simple measures like rinsing your mouth after every meal, brushing twice daily, flossing once a day will keep your teeth and gums healthy. Visit the dentist for directions of mouth wash use.
Health Tips
Brush twice a day.
