Prone to spasms
Hi, I get spasms in my back and neck so very often. I do take pain killers but it takes me a week to get better. Even during workouts , I get spasms in my feet . please advise.

Hello...please keep yourself hydrated with enough amount of water.Yes Mag Phos 6x ,4 tabs three times a day will give u some relief but u need to supplement yourself with foods containing calcium, vitamins like drinking milk,green leafy vegetables,fibre rich foods.
