Prone to spasms
Hi, I get spasms in my back and neck so very often. I do take pain killers but it takes me a week to get better. Even during workouts , I get spasms in my feet . please advise.

Hello...please keep yourself hydrated with enough amount of water.Yes Mag Phos 6x ,4 tabs three times a day will give u some relief but u need to supplement yourself with foods containing calcium, vitamins like drinking milk,green leafy vegetables,fibre rich foods. Please take proper constituency homoeopathic treatment if the problem still persists. Thanks and regards.

Please drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Take rest nd sleep well. Take mixed fruit juice daily. In workouts do less exercises . Take Mag phos 6 × twice daily.
