Muscle spasms in lower abdomen
For the pasts two days I've been having persistent muscle spasms in the lower left part of my abdomen, where I'd refer to as the V-cut part of the ab muscles, which leads into the pelvis. They always occur in the same place except for when I am laying down on my right side the spasms will take place in the middle of the lower abdomen. A family friend of mine who is a neurologist said it could be because of a stretched muscle, but I rarely feel pain from the spot where the spasms take place.
