Muscle spasm occurs due to bad posture.firstly you have to align urself in good posture .your neck should be 90degree alignment and must be straight and not flexed..sit straight and if u using laptop den it must be on 90 degree and not below..ur pillow should also b soft and not on harder side. Avoid lifting weights on dat shoulder till the pain subsides..
