Prominent left cerebral ventricle 8.6mm
Hello Doctors, In our growth scan at 31 weeks, it was mentioned that there is prominent left cerebral ventricle measuring 8.6mm. Also, BPD is measuring at 96percentile. Our doctor said there is nothing to worry don't think much. And she will just conduct one more scan before delivery. I am attaching the scan report here. Please guide if there is anything to worry. We are reading articles about ventriculomegaly online and are getting very worried.

The dilatation is less than 10mm now I would suggest monitoring for now by ultrasound and post delivery as well. Isolated dilatation less than 10mm is considered normal. Just monitor for progession, somemay resolve over time
