Prolonged pain in glands
I usually feel that my salivary glands usually remain sore and during monsoon and winter there is a prolonged pain. I catch cough very easily and have recently felt that the lower portion of my jaw(above the neck and below tongue) feels heavier. I have attached photos for reference. Multiple times I have taken medications but it comes again every month. I have recently had a nose surgery and have recovered from Covid (April to August). This is a problem(of glands) since puberty. I need a permanent solution for the same. Suggest a process for treatment.
