Prolonged Bleeding. Or not appearing.

Bleeding started on March 12 and has not stopped till date. Was taking all combinations of Ayurveda as prescribed by my doctor. In between 3days it stopped got my USG abdomen and Pelvic scan done and the report was normal. During the scan had to empty my bladder twice and third time the scan was done, since the doctor arrived little late to do the scan. Post the scan periods started again, first day spotting and there was heavy flow for almost a week. Since Ayurveda didn't help. Doctor has prescribed Ovral L tab, today is 5th day since i started taking the tablet, bleeding stopped but spotting has not. Today there was slight bleeding. Kindly advise. Last year IVS showed adenomyosis and this year USG report it seems to hv decreased or not appearing.
