Problem with my testicles
I am a 22 male and 5 months ago I had an accident. I was in my room trying to masturbate but had to leave midway because of some work so I couldn't finish the deed for the next 6-7 hours. Starting next day I had sharp unbearable pain in my left testicle.the next day on my right. This alternated for 2 more days and stayed on my left. I visited an urologist who told me to get a sonography done 3 months ago but nothing was found in it so he just gave me a few painkillers and suggested to wear supporters (I didn't tell him the cause). My libido was very down a month ago too. And my testicles seems to be shrinking Recently I visited a homeopathic who gave me some medicine. My libido is somewhat normal but the size of my testicles are making me worried. And also there's a sharp sting on the surface of my thigh just next to my left testicle and the bottom of my left feet also feel uncomfortable. Very rarely it switches to the right side and disappears from the left completely

Get ultrasound scrotum. It'll show if there is actual decrease in size.
