Pain in left testicle from 8 months

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I developed pain in testicle in back side of testicle and every test ( ultrasound urine ) was normal ... once doctor prescribed be cipro .when i take it pain usually go but again come back... recently i heard abouy CHRONIC EPIDIDYMITIS ...how to diagnosis about it ... however i didnt have EPIDIDYMITIS ever or swelling of testical
