Right testicle pain from 3 months.

Pain in right testicle and right side of the groin also there is swelling on right side of the groin I had done my ultrasound stomach, ultrasound sound testicle and CT scan of abdomen but nothing has found but the pain is still there and the pain in continuous it doesn't go away it's mild pain but when I touch my right testicle the pain grows the pain is there in inner thigh also. What happened was I had come from gym and I was taking rest and lying down on my back on my bed and when I stood up instantly I felt pain in my lower abdomen right side and in my groin and in few days the pain grows down to my right testicle and from that time I have pain in my right testicle, right inner thigh and right groin area also there is swelling in groin area which I feel but it's not visible to others.please help me I don't know what to do I have eaten a lot of medicine but didn't got the right treatment and right answer
