Problem with labia minora sticking out.
Recently I've been experiencing a bit more difficulty with my labia minora sticking out of majora. I used to cycle a lot maybe that's the reason of having this problem. Wanna get it fixed as now it's making it painful to do basic things. Scared to reach out coz of embarrassment and tight budget 😭

Hi, dear. What you’re describing is quite common — many women naturally have labia minora that extend beyond the majora, and cycling or tight clothing can sometimes cause irritation or pain due to friction. It’s usually not dangerous, but if it’s painful or affecting daily activities, it can be evaluated. A quick examination helps rule out inflammation, cysts, or hypertrophy, and if needed, simple, safe options like topical soothing creams, anti-inflammatory measures, or a minor corrective procedure (labiaplasty) can relieve symptoms effectively. Don’t feel embarrassed — this is a routine concern and can be managed confidentially with proper care and comfort. You deserve to feel normal and pain-free. If you’d like to discuss this privately and get personalized guidance within your budget, you can message me directly on WhatsApp — eight, zero, zero, nine, eight, two, one, three, three, two for a discreet consultation.

Hello I understand this feels embarrassing, but please know that it’s a fairly common concern and nothing to be ashamed of. The size and shape of the labia minora naturally vary among women — having it extend beyond the labia majora can be completely normal. However, if it’s causing discomfort or pain while doing daily activities, it’s worth getting evaluated by a gynecologist. Cycling or friction can sometimes make the area irritated or swollen, which might be adding to your discomfort. If budget is a concern, you can start by visiting a government or teaching hospital where consultation costs are minimal.
