Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
But I'm sorry I cannot help you in this regards.
The reasons being:
1) you aren't from India, so there would be no point in starting a online consultation because I won't be able to prescribe you anything.
2) if I want to examine you, I cannot even call you to my clinic.
So get it checked out by a doctor near you.
