I had worn braces on September 2017 since my teeth was too a bit irregular and the doctor advised me to undergo four tooth extractions. Number 5 on either side up and down. Now there is a lot of gap in between those tooth and is visible badly. The doctor uses some kind of a silver ring on four tooth adjacent to the one extracted and uses some kind of rubber so as to overcome the gap which is a bit painful and I am developing a very tiny decay on that tooth. So should I go for grinding and filling of that tooth right away or should I wait for the braces treatment to get over. And the doctor told me that he had put "high end ceramic" braces rather than the normal one so how do I differentiate it...

You need to be patient with the gap. It is usually closed by the end of the treatment. As for the decay, ask your doctor to prescribe a fluoride mouthwash. Go for a scaling once. Ceramic braces are more esthetic than metal braces.
