If there is no redness or aversion to seeing light or reduction in vision then the pain may be because of eye strain or dryness.. please check for glasses and use any eye lubrication drops ( refresh tears eye drop to be instilled in both eyes, one drop, 4 times a day). Any foreign body on the surface of eye has to be removed under a slit lamp bio microscope.. try washing it of with clean water, if it doesn’t come off then consult eye surgeon.
