My mother has been suffering from this problem shown in the picture from last month. Small boils appear and itch badly and when she scratches it, water comes out of it with a burning sensation. It started in a small portion and now it's expanding. Can someone please tell me the exact problem and what medication she should take or apply on it.

This appears to be Tinea pedis, which is a fungal infection, along with secondary bacterial infection.
Completely treatable with treatment.
Consult online for treatment.
Do not use home remedies, or steroid creams.
