Problem on sleeping
I was suffering from sleeping problem for past 2 years usually on march,April,may month. during this months i cannot get sleep often i will use sleeping tablet to sleep. Cam you say amother method to get sleep at night time.

Hi madam , keep the sleep wake cycle fixed including weekends. Even if u get sleep for 3hrs only, maintain 7-8hrs of consistent sleep wake schedule. 30mts -45mts of daily physical activity which ur interested at. These are basic things to follow consistently. Tc. Thanks
