Problem of Ovary cyst

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have a problem of ovary cyst.it affected in my right side ovary.i need your kind advice for my report.My report is about 3.6*1.5cm cyst with septation and solid component seen in right adnexa inferior to ovary.no gestational sac in uterus and adnexa at present

It s most likely an endometriotic cyst..but exact opinion can b made only after correlation with symptoms.. U need to do serum CA125 .. Further details s needed too. So kindly initiate a direct consult.. U may need a laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy
