Problem of kidney stone
I have kedney stone of 4.2mm & 4.5mm in left kidney with hydronephrotic with calyceal seperation of 9mm. Also pre-void volume is 289cc and pvr is 20 cc[insignificant]. Please let me know what is 9mm and 20 cc here. And what should I do ? Do I really need to do surgery or it would be dissolve with tablets?
