Problem of ED and PE
I am 42 years old with hypertension and diabetes. I am taking telmisartan, metformin and vildagliptin, atorvastatin.
I am having ED and PE. please advise which medication is safe for me. I have read that ED medications can cause blindness hence I am worried.

Hypertension and diabetes are known reasons of sexual dysfunctions. Some ED medications cause visual problems like blindness, but it is very uncommon and it occurs at high doses. There are causes for ED not PME which you yourself mentioned. Other than that you need evaluation for other effects. Treatment and therapies will be based on your current status. One thing you need to know it’s treatable.
