PE and ED - Penile dopler test - advise.
I am 28 years old and struggling with premature ejaculation (PE) and erectile dysfunction (ED). I take paroxetine twice daily, but I'm still experiencing nocturnal emissions. I am unsure about what to do next and whether I should consider a penile Doppler test. Please advise.
