Problem of eating food
My sister's son has 2 years old .He ate apple ,carrot and some dryfruits but he can't eating rice item ,what I will do for his healthy gain of weight and how to feed him rice please give suggestion

Change the form of rice by trying some new recipes of rice. Use mixed kheer of rice and carrot , use khichadi, idli, bagiya ..Etc.

Don't force the child to eat . Just try with a regular time period.

Complementing Rice  with dhals such as green gram as pongal, kitchedi or as mixed with badam and dry fruits powder porridge or aval as porridge or payasam with palm jaggery(karupatti) or honey OR AS Adai mixed with lentils  and pulses could be a favorite with growing  child
