My 3 years baby speaks not continuously but with a breaking voice I mean atak atak kar bolna. I eagerly wanna resolve this

Growth milestones occur at different ages for different patients and not always considered pathological if delayed. You need to have patience. Even if intervention by a speech therapist is required this is not the right age for that.
