Problem in wrist
I usually have pain in my both wrists. I can't lift heavy wait and it hurts badly even with a minor jerk.

Too much laptop and mobile use. This has led to stiffness of your forearm muscles and therefore this wrist pain. Also the wrist must be at odd angles while texting and keying plus the pressure of resting the wrists on laptop.
