Problem in sleeping, anger management
I am having problem in getting a proper sleep. When I go to my bed, I get feared that I will not be able to sleep. Sometimes even after one or two hour later I sleep. And my sleep is also not good, sometimes when I awake I am not able to remember that whether it was a dream or it have happened in real life. Sometimes I dream about very unusual and pessimistic things. Sometimes I suffer from reoccurrence of sexual thoughts as well.

You appear to suffer with depression , Ocd associated with insomnia. Meds will do wonders.

Is very normal to face insomnia at your age. But your subconscious mind has to be explored to get to the actual reason and to sort it out. .CBT would help you. I suggest you to take an online session with a counselling Psychologist. Kindly contact if required.

Hi! Insomnia ( sleep disorder) could occur due to various conditions which need to be ruled out. Consulting a psychiatrist and discussing your issues would help to understand the cause of your sleep problems better. In the meantime maintain sleep hygiene which means going to bed regularly at the same time every night. No caffeinated drinks, no smoking, no use of any electronic gadgets viz. mobiles, laptop, t.v. etc. Have a hot bath, drink hot milk , listen to some soothing instrumental music and deep breathing could help you sleep.
