MRI REPORT:- Slap tear with small paralabral cyst. Early degenerative changes along gleno humeral joint. Focal thinning of distal part of posterior Forbes of supraspinatus tendon along the burial surface suggestive of chronic partial thickness bursal surface tear, with mild fatty infiltration of the proximal Fibres of supraspinatous fibers.
