Problem in right testicle
It seems like my right testicle has one more testicle but of mass it can be pressed fully pressing it fully gives little bit of pain ...

Hi there. Testicular masses could be caused due to hydrocele, varicocele, spermatocele, epididymitis, testicular cancer and if swelling is extending upto root of scrotum or groin then it could be inguinal hernia. To find cause complete clinical examination needed so please Consult urologist once soon.
