Problem in penis foreskin.
Two weeks earliar, insects bite visible on my penis foreskin. After that skin seems like burn daily in morning. From inside foreskin is redis. Some times it itches. And when i pull over the skin it causes pain and hard to pull skin.

You are suffering from balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the glans and foreskin if the penis. Please get yourself checked for blood sugar and get urine routine done.
