I am a 20 years old person. I have a problem of irregular bowel movements. I go to the toilet for 3 times a day. 1st in the morning (5.30 to 6.00 am) which is bit hard to pass. 2nd one at 10.00 am which is hard to pass with small volumes and after applying lot of pressure. 3rd one is at around 7.30 pm in the evening which is sometimes very easy to pass and is normal. I also exercise daily and drink around 2 litres of water per day. I want to get empty stomach in the morning as it feels uneasy.
