Problem in Mouth and throat

Had problem in swallowing food and pain in the tonsils region, creamy white patches are seen in the inner cheek and lips ,redness is also present in the throat. What is this problem it's spreading I guess?

Leukoplakia vs aphthous ulcer vs mucositis. Avoid tobacco if has a history. Take vitamin A to z gold once in morning for 7 days. Apply ointment Tess and oint zytee locally over the area. As well, avoid oily and spicy food.
