We need to investigate for Erectile dysfunction that is due to physical and psychological cause.
The presence of smoking, hypertension, diabetes increases the chances of ED due to physical cause. However, a detailed history and workup is need to know about psychological stressors and factors such as anxiety, low mood, etc which may cause psychological ED.
I therefore strongly advise you to consult a sexologist.
