First the cause has to be found out for not getting erections. By checking sex hormones in body, Scrotal and penile doppler and some other tests may require to be done.
Then we can suggest treatment or solutions. okay???
Ask your friend to go to a nearest Sexologist/ Urologist/ ANDROLOGIST for check up.
