My mother had common cold 2 weeks back. She took paracetamol . After 4 days she was ok. But certainly last week she faced another issue with her ear. Her ear became stuffy with severe headaches. Due to lockdown situation she is not able to go to the hospital because where she is stay that is red zone. Now she is not able to listen in her one ear. Another is fine. And when she lying down in bed she feels dizzy for some times. What's this problem? Can you prescribe some medicines or drops or home remedies that she can try in her home? Thank you.

The only way I can help her is via Video Consultation. This option is available on the Practo app on any 4G enabled smartphone.
Next Steps
On the app, search for me, and go through my profile. At the bottom you will get two links. One is to BOOK an appointment to meet me at my clinic. The other is to have a PRIME VIDEO CALL. Click on that link and pay the Consulting Fee to Practo. Then I will be alerted that a patient is waiting for a Video Chat. I will then call you through Practo's secure VOIP servers and later prescribe her the appropriate prescription to help her out.
