Common cold.
Yesterday, just like every year around this time, the common cold took me down. I don't have a fever yet but besides the occasional sneezing and coughing, my nose is dripping like anything. The doctors I have ever seen regarding this always prescribe me a doze of Allegra 120 or an alternative to it. I'm usually hesitant about taking medicines and I almost always allow the immune system to deal with minor diseases like this on it's own. The reasoning behind this is so that my natural immunity gets strengthened. Is this the right way to go about it? Should I start taking the artificial remedies?

You must be allergic to weather allergens and pollens so if its bothering you alot during that period of year you should take proper treatment to control it with exercise and home made remedies.
