Problem in ear
Good day Doctor,
I have a Problems with my right ear. the history of my ilness began in Desember 2016, when in evening after taking a steam bath in a Russian Bath, went to home to sleep. It was cold at night and when woke up in the morning, I couldn't move my head as a inflammation of neck and shoulder at right side.
Also, besides pains In shoulder and neck, in morning I felt some echo in my right ear, and low audibility.

Though your question is not complete you seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days. You can use anti Histamine medicines for few days for faster recovery
