Prk vs lasik
Which surgery is better in long term and safe PRK OR LASIK.once surgery is done it is permanent or can I get glasses again in future.

Hello LASIK is definitely better as it is totally painless and has quick recovery. Though lasik is permanent procedure however a person may need glasses in future.

Lasik is more widely accepted and recent . However both have some or the other benifits over each other. To summarise lasik is better.

Lasik issues possible like flap related issues dryness corneal weakening etc Prk issue possible is corneal haze etc but lesser dryness and stronger corneal and no flap related issues Also other clinical criteria need to be taken care of after thorough examination Dr Sanjiv Maru
