Refractive surgery is meant to facilitate a spectacle free life. In your daily routine the dependency on spectacles shouldn't be there. The given scenario in your question is a common finding. So I feel there is no further treatment required. Follow a proper working pattern, maintain healthy lifestyle and nutritious balanced diet.
