Private parts
Hello Doctor, My 3 months old  baby boy private part is not opening. Is it true to open baby boy private parts through putting oil in it  since the baby born as our elders says. As a doctor you guys please suggest how it will open. Is there any procedure to open it or any creme for this. I am very worried.
